1. Membership Access & Billing

You will receive access to The Growth Factory® online membership, including digital content, training, and group sessions.

• Monthly Plan: Billed each month automatically until canceled

• Annual Plan: Billed automatically each year (12 months from the date of purchase) and renews at the current rate unless canceled

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method accordingly. Any transaction fees associated with your purchase are your responsibility.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Monthly Membership: You may cancel at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please cancel at least 7 days before your next billing date. No refunds will be issued due to the digital nature of this program.

• Annual Membership: You may cancel within 30 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. After 30 days, all sales are final. To avoid renewal charges, please cancel at least 7 days prior to your annual renewal date.

After cancellation, your access will remain active through the end of your current billing period and will then terminate.

3. How to Cancel

You may cancel your membership in either of the following ways:

For timely processing, cancellation requests should be submitted at least 7 days prior to your next billing date.

4. Access After Cancellation

Once your subscription ends, you will no longer have access to the membership and training portal or any associated content. You will retain access to any separate products you have purchased outside of the membership.

5. No Guarantees

We are committed to providing valuable tools and support; however, we make no guarantees regarding results, outcomes, or personal success. Results will vary.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information. Sharing access or materials is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content is owned by The Growth Factory® and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, distributed, or reproduced without prior written permission.

8. Community Conduct & Confidentiality

You agree to engage respectfully in all sessions and community spaces. We reserve the right to remove access without refund for inappropriate behavior.

You also agree to maintain the confidentiality of all communications within the membership program.

9. Not Professional Advice

This program is for educational and personal development purposes only and is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or medical care.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Growth Factory® shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages related to your participation.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the membership at our discretion for violations of these terms, non-payment, misuse of content, or inappropriate conduct. We also reserve the right to terminate access immediately without notice for serious violations.

12. Termination for Company Convenience

The Growth Factory® may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason or no reason, by providing at least 30 days’ notice to the email address associated with your account.

If your membership is terminated for company convenience, you will receive a pro rata refund for any prepaid, unused portion of your current subscription term.

13. Program Discontinuation

The Growth Factory® reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the membership program, or any portion of it, at any time for business or operational reasons. When possible, reasonable notice will be provided.

14. Effect of Termination

Upon termination or discontinuation, your right to access the membership area and all associated content will cease.

Any provisions that, by their nature, should survive termination—including but not limited to intellectual property protections, limitation of liability, and conduct expectations—will remain in effect.

15. Changes to Program

We may update content, schedules, or delivery methods at any time. You will be notified of significant changes.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
