Gloria retired from the public-school system with over 25 years of service. Her evangelist and mission-minded ministry extends for more than 20 years in the community and local church. Her goal is to help people reach their assignment and goals, both naturally and spiritually. Her inspiring messages and personal development training bring growth, enrichment, and hope to the lives for people of all ages, cultures, and interests.

She formed The Growth Factory in the year 2000 to help people reach their highest potentials in life. Her motto is simple: You are never too young or too old to grow, change, or learn new things.
The Growth Factory® educates, encourages, and equips people naturally and spiritually through conference speaking, seminars, workshops, coaching, and other learning opportunities.

From Gloria
I grew up in a large family of ten. My mom and dad had strong roots in the Pentecostal faith. Many times the food was scarce, along with money. But, with much family love and help from God, we survived those struggling days! Then, after almost 20 years of marriage, I found myself suddenly alone and a single mom raising three children. In due time, I saw significant benefits from staying focused and connected with God. Perseverance, faith, and endurance paid off for my family immensely in the end! I was so excited to see my sons and daughter graduate from college. My desire is for you to win no matter what obstacles to overcome. Win big with God on your side!
WE CARE & SHARE PROJECT
Gloria Treadwell donated new coats from The Growth Factory® “We Care & Share” project to The Shade Tree Agency.
The Growth Factory® donation assisted homeless women and children with winter wear. The Shade Tree is an emergency homeless crisis shelter for women and children.
